Tribute to a young man named Chad

A young man from our previous ward pass away earlier this week after battling cancer (Ewing's Sarcoma) for 3 years.  He was a great example to my son, Jamin, and our family.  He never murmured once and always had a positive attitude.  Every time Chad went in for chemo treatments, he wore a T-Shirt that said something like "I'm so excited to be here".  He was sure to find out the names of the nurses, etc and thank them for doing whatever they did even if it caused him pain.

My heart grieved for his family at their loss but I also rejoiced for them.  Because I knew they had the blessings of knowing the Plan of Salvation and that their family had been sealed for eternity in a temple.  They will be together again!  Even Chad's father said they now had the knowledge that one of their children had made it!

Here's a link to some videos about our beliefs of the purpose of life, what happens after death, etc.
